After you pass your ID Check, we will create a new policy for you and then send your policy documents to the email address you signed up with.
If you haven't received your policy documents, follow the tips below:
- Be patient! Wait a a little
Policy documents may take up to 10 minutes to arrive in your inbox so you may not receive an email from us immediately after you get a text to confirm you have passed your ID Check
- Check your spam/junk folder
Sometimes your policy documents may end up in here by accident
- Make sure you passed your ID Check within 7 days of buying your policy
If you don't pass your ID Check within 7 days of buying your policy, we won't create a new policy for you. The money you paid will be returned to your account and your application will be cancelled. In this case, we won't send you policy documents and you will have to start again and get a new quote if you'd still like to buy insurance with us.
