For your cover to be valid, we need to be able to measure all of your drives from start to finish. So if your phone runs out of battery, we won’t be able to detect and score that drive.
If this happens repeatedly, we may issue you with a cancellation notice. We’ll always warn you before we do this.
Our app only uses about 2% of your battery each day, so this shouldn’t be a big problem. But we recommend always charging your phone during long drives if you can.
