What changes can I make in my Marshmallow account?
In your customer account, you can make these changes:
- Change your car 🚗
- Update your address 🏠
- Add/ remove drivers 🙎♀️
- Change your mobile number 📞
- Cancel or expire your policy 🔴
If you want to make a different change, log into your account and click 'Contact us'. A member of the team will be happy to help!
Examples of other changes may be:
- Your licence type
- Your car usage
- Your job
- Your mileage
- Any modifications to your car
- Claims and convictions
- Any health issues that might impact your driving

- Why do I need to tell you when something changes on my policy?
It's very important that the information we have is 100% accurate to make sure your policy is valid in the event of a claim. So please let us know if any of the details on your policy changes.
- Do you charge admin fees?
No 😊 Good news is we never charge any admin fees.
- Will the price of my insurance change if I make a change to my policy?
When you make a change to your policy, we recalculate your premium with your new details. This means that the price of your premium might go up or go down.
We are trying our best to keep the price change to a minimum but sadly, this isn't always possible 😓 If you're unhappy with the price change, you can choose to cancel your policy with us.
