You can change your card by following these steps:
- Open the Marshmallow app
- Go to Manage Payments
- Select Change Card
- Enter your new UK-issued debit or credit card details
Your new card will be used for all future monthly payments.
Can I use a different card for a one-off payment?
Yes. If you're making a manual payment for a missed instalment, you can use a different card without changing the saved card on your account.
To do this:
- Go to Manage Payments
- Choose your missed payment
- Follow the steps to pay with a different card
This won’t affect the card used for your next scheduled payment.
Can I change my monthly payment date?
To change your payment date, please speak to our customer support team.
What are the rules for changing the date?
- You can change your date up to 2 times during your policy.
- The new date must be at least 6 days later than your current payment date.
- You may need to pay twice in a 30-day period when changing dates.
What if I already missed a payment?
Changing your payment date won’t affect any existing payment deadline. If you’re in arrears, your current deadline still applies.
