For customers paying via direct debit
If you pay via monthly direct debit for your car insurance, it might be possible for us to change the date of your direct debit!
In some cases, we can move your payment date forward by a maximum of 7 days. For example, if you usually pay on the 8th of every month, we could change this date up to the 15th.
To see if we can change your direct debit date, log in to your online account or open our app and click 'Live Chat'. Don't worry if you've never logged in before, just enter your email address and we will send you a link to log in.
If you are in arrears and owe us money, we won't be able to change the date you pay until you are up to date with your payments.
If you are close to your payment date, we might not be able to change this for you. Please contact us at least 3 working days before your payment is due to change the due date.
For customers paying by repeat card charge
If you are paying by repeat card charge and not via a direct debit, please note that it currently isn't possible to edit your monthly payment date.
You can check when your payments are due in your online account, or via the app. Simply go to 'Manage Payments' to see your upcoming payments.
