This depends on what plan you’re currently on.
We are able to downgrade or upgrade your plan between the Marshmallow Lightest, Essential or Original plans.
At the moment we’re not able to upgrade to or downgrade from Marshmallow Plus.
But we are working on it. If you’re on Marshmallow Plus and it no longer suits your needs, get in touch and we’ll do what we can to see what your options are.
