Yes. If you’re on Marshmallow Lightest, Essential or Original, you can change your plan mid-policy or at renewal. You’ll need to speak with our support team to do this.

Eligibility criteria

• You must currently be on a Marshmallow Lightest, Essential or Original plan.
• You can switch between these at any time.
• If you’re on Marshmallow Plus, you’ll need to wait until your renewal to change plans.

What you need to do

• Check your current plan in the Marshmallow app.
• Contact our support team via Live Chat if you’d like to change it — this can’t be done in the app.
• Review your pricing - If your price goes up or down, your monthly payments will update automatically.
• Check the fee- There’s no admin fee for changes on the Original plan. For Lightest and Essential, some changes may include a £25 adjustment fee.

Things to keep in mind

• You can switch plans at any point during your policy, or in the 14 days before renewal.
• You can’t switch to or from Marshmallow Plus mid-policy.
• If you switch to a plan with fewer benefits, you may lose some protections — check what’s included before making any changes.
