Our app automatically detects whether you’re the driver or a passenger. But it won’t always get it right - especially during the first few weeks, while it’s still learning your unique driving style. 

For that reason, we’ve made it easy to report any issues. After each drive, you’ll have 48 hours to report a problem with it. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the Driving tab in the app
  2. Tap Drives
  3. Tap the drive you want to report
  4. Tap I wasn’t driving
