You can view your policy details and manage your cover either in the Marshmallow app or on our website. Here's how to log in, step-by-step.
Logging in via the Marshmallow app
- Download the Marshmallow app on your mobile device.
- Open the app and enter the mobile number you used when signing up.
- We'll send a 6-digit login code by text message.
- Enter the code into the app, and you're in!
Once you're logged in, you can manage your policy quickly and securely.
Logging in via the Marshmallow website
- Go to the Marshmallow login page.
- When you see “It’s better in the app,” click the X in the top right corner to continue.
- Enter the email address you used to sign up.
- Check your inbox for an email titled “Sign into your Marshmallow account.”
- Click the link in the email to log in.
That’s it—you’re now in your account!
Things to keep in mind when logging in on the website
- The login link is single-use only and expires after 1 hour.
- Requesting a new link will invalidate previous ones.
- Log in on the same device you used to request the link—cross-device login won't work.
- Using a work or company email (e.g. .gov.uk, .nhs.net) may block login emails.
- Check the correct inbox—clicking “go to inbox” might redirect you to your default email account.
- Double-check your email address for accidental spaces or typos.
- Corporate Wi-Fi or VPNs may interfere with login.
- Cookies must be accepted in your browser settings to access the account.
