What should I upload?

Please upload clear photos of all pages of your V5 document. We cannot accept just the green "New Keeper Slip". Make sure your photos include: The front page

• The inside pages with vehicle and keeper details
• The back page
• We need to see all the information provided by the DVLA.

How do I upload my V5?

You can upload your V5 photos via the Marshmallow app or your online account.

Follow these steps:

• Log in to your Marshmallow app or account.
• Go to the Document Upload section.
• Choose the V5 upload option.
• Upload clear images of all pages of your V5.

What if I don’t have my V5?

If your V5 hasn’t arrived or you’ve lost it, don’t worry. You can still send us temporary proof.

Apply for a new V5

You can request a replacement from the DVLA here: Get a vehicle log book (V5C) It usually arrives in 4 to 6 weeks.

Upload temporary proof

While you wait, you can upload:

• The green slip (New Keeper’s Supplement)
• A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice
