If we’ve asked you to upload a document, you can do it straight from the Marshmallow app:
- From the home screen, tap your policy
- At the top of the screen, tap Documents
- Tap Upload a document and follow the instructions
You can also upload a document from your web-based Marshmallow account. Just log in, select Upload documents and tap the button that says Upload a document.
You will then be able to select the type of document you wish to upload. Please make sure the document you are uploading is an acceptable document.
You only need to upload the documents we have requested.
If you have not received an email we do not need anything from you for now! We may be in touch in the future if we need anything further.
