All documents must be uploaded directly via the Marshmallow app. To do this:

  • Open the Marshmallow app.
  • Go to the "Upload Documents" section.
  • Select the document type (e.g. Proof of Address, NCD).
  • Upload the appropriate file.

Documents uploaded here will be reviewed by our team within 48 hours.

How will I know that you've received my documents?

You can confirm receipt in two ways:

1. In the Marshmallow App Once you've uploaded a document, the "Upload Documents" section will show a confirmation status indicating that we've received your file. It will also indicate whether your document is under review or if further action is required.

2. Email Confirmation You'll receive an email notification once our team has reviewed and accepted your documents. If we need more information or another type of document, we’ll email you directly with details.

What happens after I upload my documents?

You don't need to contact us once the document is uploaded. Our team will review them and get back to you if needed.
