If you have received an email requesting certain documents you will need to upload your documents to our portal via your Marshmallow account. Simply open your Marshmallow app, or log in via our website.

When you are in your account, you will need to go to ‘Upload documents’, then click on the button that looks like this:

You will then be able to select the type of document you wish to upload. Please make sure the document you are uploading is an acceptable document.

You only need to upload the documents we have requested.

If you have not received an email we do not need anything from you for now! We may be in touch in the future if we need anything further.
