It's really important for us to make sure that the information we hold for you is 100% accurate. If not, any wrong information could actually invalidate your policy & potentially lead to the underwriters refusing to pay out if you make a claim.
 And we obviously don't ever want to see that happen!

So, just to double-check, we may ask you for additional documents to prove your address or your occupation for example, and we might sometimes need to see your V5 document.
