We would never cancel a policy for no reason, but as much as we would like to avoid it, there are some situations where we have no choice but to stop covering a customer.

If we decide to cancel you, we will always give you 7 days warning, so that you have time to find alternative arrangements. We would never cancel a policy without letting you know in advance by email and text first.

We reserve the right to charge you up to £130 of cancellation fees, depending on everyone's individual case. Hence, the cost of the cancellation would be different between a customer who has failed to keep up with their monthly payments, and someone who purposely gave us wrong information.

Please note regardless of the cancellation reason (excluding in extreme cases), we would always refund you for the months that you have left, which means you would only pay for your time on cover.
