We always need to hear your side of the story even if you don't intend to claim. In general, the sooner we know about any incident the better we can protect you.  And, if you do decide to go ahead and claim we can, of course, put everything in motion straight away.

The time it takes for the claim to be processed depends on many factors including the type of claim & the circumstances but, most commonly, payments will take anywhere between 2 and 4 weeks from the point of agreeing the settlement amount.
