We know it can sometimes be hard to get proof, especially from insurers outside the UK. There are different options depending on why you don’t have proof of your No Claims Discount.
If your previous policy has not ended
If you need more time because your old policy is still active, start a Live Chat in the Marshmallow app or on our Help page. Our team will explain your options.
If you can’t find your proof
Ask your previous insurer to send a letter or email confirming your No Claims Discount or claims-free history. Then upload it in the Marshmallow app or through the link we sent you by email.

If you can’t provide proof
If you cannot provide acceptable proof, the discount may have to be removed. This could increase your premium.
Don’t worry, at Marshmallow we’ll always email you before making changes.If you later find valid proof, we’ll reduce your premium again.
