You can start a live chat at any time and our Customer Service team will do its best to help during our opening hours:

  • Weekdays: 9am to 7pm
  • Saturdays and bank holidays: 10am to 4pm
  • Sundays: 10am to 4pm

If you need to make a new claim, our claims line is open 24/7. Give us a call on 0800 060 8622. To discuss an existing claim, our Claims team are available through Live Chat during the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 9am to 5.30pm
  • Bank Holidays: 10am to 4pm
  • Weekends: Closed

The Verification Team works to ensure the validity of policy details through document requests. Please note that claim-related document requests are handled by the Claims Team, whose availability is shown above.

If you have questions about verification requests, the easiest and fastest way to get in touch with our Verification Team is via live chat, available during the following hours:

  • Weekdays: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Bank Holidays: 10am – 4pm
  • Weekends: Closed

If you’re unable to use live chat, you can email the Verification Team at enquiries.verification@marshmallow.com. This email address is only for queries related to verification requests. Emails sent about matters outside the scope of the Verification Team may not receive a response.
