If we have a requested V5 from you, please upload photos of all pages of your logbook to the customer portal. You can do this by logging into your customer account or clicking the link in the email we sent you.

Please make sure that you send photos of all the pages as our underwriters will need to see different information from all of the pages. We cannot accept just the new keepers slip!
