As standard, all Marshmallow policies include the provision of a courtesy car, provided that your car is with one of our approved repairers.
There are occasions where you may not be provided with a courtesy car. You will not be provided with a courtesy car in the event of a glass claim, or if your car is deemed a total loss.
Please note that insurance will already be provided on occasions where a courtesy car has been provided by a garage or third party.
