If the breakdown plan you have no longer suits your needs, you can cancel it at any time by getting in touch with us on Live Chat. 


Depending on who your provider is, there may be a cancellation fee. 


If you’re with the AA 


  • If you cancel within the first 14 days you’ll get a full refund 
  • If you cancel beyond the first 14 days, we’ll refund you for any unused period of cover
  • There is no cancellation fee


If you’re with AXA 


  • If you cancel within the first 14 days you’ll get a full refund 
  • If you cancel beyond the first 14 days, we’ll refund you for any unused period of cover minus a £15 cancellation fee
  • If you’ve already made a claim, we won’t be able to refund you
