If the breakdown plan you have no longer suits your needs and you added this to your policy as an add-on on the Lightest, Essential or Original plan, you can cancel it at any time by getting in touch with us on Live Chat.
- If you cancel within the first 14 days you’ll get a full refund
- If you cancel beyond the first 14 days, we’ll refund you for any unused period of cover
- There is no cancellation fee
- If you have a Marshmallow Plus policy, you cannot remove the breakdown cover as this is included as standard
