Can I cancel my breakdown cover?

Yes, if you added breakdown cover to your Lightest, Essential, or Original plan, you can cancel it at any time. Here's what happens depending on when you cancel:

• Within the first 14 days - You’ll receive a full refund for the breakdown cover.
• After the first 14 days - You’ll get a partial refund for the unused portion of the cover.

What if I’m on a Marshmallow Plus plan?

Breakdown cover is included by default in Marshmallow Plus plans. It cannot be removed or cancelled separately.

Are there any fees?

If you're on a Lightest or Essential plan, a small admin fee may apply when processing the change.

How do I cancel?

To remove breakdown cover from your plan:

• Let them know you want to cancel the breakdown cover.
• We’ll process the cancellation and confirm the changes with you.

Once cancelled, breakdown cover cannot be re-added to your policy until your next renewal. You’ll need to wait for your policy to expire and take out a new quote if you want it back .
