Our Budapest office

We expanded into Budapest in 2022. We scaled quickly, outgrowing two offices along the way, and we're now a team of around 250 people based right in the city centre.

The space

Our office is designed for focused work, team collaboration and company-wide sessions. The building has dedicated spaces for deep work and collaborative areas, and dogs are welcome in shared spaces. The kitchens are stocked with coffee, tea and snacks throughout the day.

Hybrid working

Most of our teams are in the office between 2-3 days a week (depending on the role), with the flexibility to work from home for the rest. We use time in the office deliberately, for alignment, debate, and the kind of decision-making that's harder to do remotely.

Office days have a social side too, with team socials and company events that help us connect.

Flexibility

For roles with standard hours, you're trusted to manage your day around your meetings and commitments. As long as you're delivering and available to collaborate with your team, you can flex day to day.

If you're joining Customer Care or a shift-based role, your working hours will be more clearly defined, so check the role-specific details before applying.

International teams

Alongside our Budapest office, we have a base in London. Most of our teams span both locations, so working internationally is part of how we operate day to day. Where possible, we make space for teams to come together in person.
