If you have breakdown cover with us, the easiest way to get help is through your Marshmallow app. All the important numbers you need are stored there, and you can call for help directly with a touch of a button. Otherwise, the numbers are as follows:

If you don’t know who your breakdown provider is, you can find it in your Marshmallow account. You can also check your Breakdown Policy Wording.

Are additional drivers covered under my breakdown plan?

Yes, additional drivers authorised to drive the vehicle will be covered if they break down.

How do I know if I have breakdown cover?

Log in to your Marshmallow account, click on ‘View policy details’ and scroll down to the add-ons section. If you do not see Breakdown Cover there, it’s not included on your policy. You will need to call a breakdown provider directly to arrange help, which may include a call-out fee.
