You can view and download your policy documents directly from the Marshmallow app.
- Open the Marshmallow app on your phone.
- From the home screen, tap your policy.
- Scroll down and tap Policy Documents.
- Your policy documents will be available to view or download.
Multi-Car Customers: You will also see a Multi-Car Endorsement document in your policy documents list.
If you don’t have the app, you can access your documents online:
- Go to the Marshmallow login page.
- Enter your email address.
- We’ll send you a magic link by email.
- Open the link to log in and view your policy documents.
Will you send my policy documents by post?
We don’t send policy documents by post automatically. As a digital-first company, we share all documents through our app or website.
