Common questions answered.
We renew your policy automatically so you don't end up driving without cover.
Before your renewal date, we email your new price and cover details. That email explains how to stop the renewal. If you're happy with it, you don't need to do anything. If you're not, tell us before your renewal date and we can help you out.
We work out your price again every year. It reflects your details, your history and what it costs to cover you. We email your new price before renewal, so you can compare it. Check your details are right and look at your cover and excess in the app. If you want to shop around, you can cancel before your renewal date.
A £25 admin fee applies to each change on Essential, Lightest and Move policies. It's on top of any change in your premium. Changing your name, email or phone number is free.
If a monthly payment fails, we charge a £22.50 missed payment fee the next day. We'll email you so you can pay what's due. If you're struggling, contact us before your next payment date.
We price your policy on the details you give us, like who drives, how you use the car, and your address. If those are wrong or missing, we can cancel or void your policy. We usually give 7 days' notice by email. An admin fee of up to £130 applies when we cancel. To avoid this, check your details in the app and update them when anything changes. If you think we've got something wrong, send us your evidence on live chat.
We email you the reason and give you 7 days' notice. If you think we've got it wrong, tell us on live chat in that time and send any evidence, like a change of address, a technical problem, or proof someone else was driving. We review it before cancelling. An admin fee of up to £130 applies when we cancel.
